summer days just sitting around and when the sun goes down . . .

so this weekend was really busy. saturday i started my day at rachel's grad party. i can't believe everyone's grad party. i feel so old . . . and we only graduated a year ago. haha.

the crazy kids dat i love. 

waialae country club was so pretty . . . 

then i was off to the APU newbies luncheon. haha i remember wen we were them, all worried about everything. haha. it's so different being on the other end of it all. . .

keaton cut his hair. :/ haha

some of THE freshmen girls, and new freshmen girls. lol and britt and nick ;)

and you know with us the party never stops, so back to my house for a BBQ.

and my boys came, of course. 

nicole's coming to APU with me :)

sunday ended my weekend with father's day . . . oh and ryan's grad party :)

i love my brotha. haha

and my sista.

everyone danced the chacha slide and cupid shuffle. (even the mom's)

and blake came to visit me at work today :)

oh and him, mary, kelly, and me all went to watch the proposal on friday night.

it was really funny. go watch it.

but anyways now i'm just waiting for my other SF friend to come down *hint hint*

I realized I haven't put much up about the new hobbies/toys that I've got since I came to the mainland and since I'm being lazy and not doing much with my life until next week imma blog about it.



In December I got up to Reno and tried out some snowboarding. I liked it, so I got me my own.


I don't mind falling down since the bottom of my board looks pretty slick. hhaha.



I got a bike to cruize around in, since I'm in SF and everyone seems to have a bike. However, I'm not gonna be one of them crazy fixi kids with no brakes on the giant hills, I just got a single speed-- with brakes.


Since my rock of a toshiba laptop completely sucked, I got me a new mini laptop. its a Q2 msi wind, its got a 10" screen and I think Jess would think its sick (if only she could see it, but I guess sharing a brain only goes so far).



And since I'm an architecture major I have choke load of supplies, so at the beginning of the year I got some decopens and painted up my supply box.



Still in the bay for the summer, I have to say I do miss friends and home a little but I guess once I go back to Hawaii it'll make it that much better. A year away from home will be kind of weird but at least I got the new toys to keep me busy. haha.

it's been a REALLY REALLY long time so . . .

this is going to be REALLY long...

so i believe the last time i posted it was like spring break.

so i'm home for summer so obviously alot has happen between then and now.

lets see what all that was...

we had PIO(pacific islander organization) LUAU. 

that was a lot of fun. :)

i would write more but it was so far away i don't really have anything to say. haha.

oh we also helped out at Cal Lutheran's Luau. 

then a week or so. 

survived my finals.

finished my first year of college.

(i tried to post this video i made. but it didn't work. so just go to my facebook and check it out :))

and then came summer time...
of course i went to SHA graduation

and barely recognized anyone. 

cici, mary, and i went to iHOP after, and that was an adventure.

of course we got lost, and ihop was closed, so we went to a different one

and drove in circles to find parking.

pretty much was like a "jess and ari adventure"...  without the ari :(

oh and i couldn't pass on pearl city's graduation either

i actually ran into choke people over there.

it was kinna cool.

wish i got to see some of those people more. haha

aiea's graduation for my lil' bro.

so aiea and moanalua both have their graduations on the same day at the exact same time. so dumb.

and of course we had to go to both.

so russell, brian, me. did it.

we succeeded in what people said we couldn't do.

we went and saw jacob, and booked it over to moanalua to see chelsey and jenn. 

and we did it. :)
raecha started off my graduation party adventures for this summer.

praise the lord my grad party schedule isn't like last years. haha

i'm too old for that already. lol. 
lopo's grad party. was like church.

at least everyone from church was there. haha

and of course it was awesome. haha.

FamBam beach day number 1.

well it started off wid ryan picking me up from home

then us picking up arlie from school.

except it was like almost 2 hours before she ended.

that girl be ditching school in 4th grade to go the beach.

it was so funny. but yea.

of course we take millions of pictures.

and we had to go to menchie's.

because the "y-word" (yogurtland) was in the wrong direction

oh yea ari there's a menchie's in KAPOLEI.

it's like yogurtland. haha. 

so that has been my summer so far.

i'm working at dellera's woodworks, under the table kine. lol.

helping out my friend and getting paid. its nice. 

and i got a job at CPK pearlridge. 

its all alright.

i'm supposed to go summer school too.

we'll see if that happens.

i still get my chances to work on my tan.

but its so hard to go to the beach when my Beach Bum Partner in Crime is about a million miles away being an stinkin' RA. whatevers!! :(

but i still love her. and i'm gonna miss her blackness when she turns haole from lack of hawaiian sun. 

i made this whole list of things to do this summer

and it all cost alot of money, so the only thing i may accomplish is . . . BEACH. haha

oh yeah and ari... the super ferry is in alabama now so i guess we won't be going on it :(

but yeah. not much really going on.

just cruising and work.

and making it out to the beach as much as possible :)
