Lance Armstrong Foundation.

Location: San Jose, California

Lately, Mike has been getting into biking, thanks to his partner in crime-Blake.

And of course, they decided for their first race, they would do 100 miles around San Jose for the Lance Armstrong Foundation. There was the option of shorter rides, I think 50 or 60, but they wanted to start out with the 100.

So at the butt crack of dawn, they got up, drove out to San Jo and got ready for the hardest physical challenge of their lives.

After 7 and half hours, 3 blown tires, and litters of sweat (that was some gross imagery I put in right there) they finished their goal.

Did I mention that they raised tons of money to help with cancer research. Unfortunately, Lance was busy doing his Tour de France thang and wasn't at the event.

Of course, I was the supportive girlfriend and made them little signs, which they didn't really see when the finished the line because I didn't know it was them. I even wore yellow just for this event.

We're all really proud of them, and soon Mike will be doing his second race in Tracy, California.

Happy Jess, now you can see whats going on in my life across the Ocean.
